These Terms of Service govern the mutual contract established between Pelicania Grand Resort S.A. ("the Resort") and any registered guest, salon patron, or visitor ("the Guest") upon accessing our grounds, suites, dining rooms, and gaming facilities.

1. Room Reservations, Check-In, and Settlement

Guaranteed Check-in: Suite access is guaranteed from 15:00 hours on the confirmed arrival date. Early arrivals will be accommodated in our VIP hospitality lounges with complete access to spa amenities pending suite readiness.

Check-out Protocol: Suites must be vacated by 12:00 hours on the day of departure unless express late check-out arrangements have been granted in writing by the Concierge Directorate.

Deposits & Authorizations: All bookings require a valid financial guarantee. For Imperial Suites and Private Villas, a 50% non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of reservation confirmation, with the balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. A pre-authorization security deposit for incidental charges will be held upon check-in.

2. Cancellation & Modification Schedules

• Standard Suite Cancellations: Notice received greater than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival incurs zero forfeiture penalty. Cancellations received inside fourteen days result in forfeiture of the first two nights' room rate.
• Imperial Penthouse & Villa Stays: Notice must be provided at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to check-in to avoid forfeiture of the complete reservation sum.
• Peak Season & Gala Periods: Reservations during the Grand Prix season, international yacht festival, and New Year’s Gala are non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed.

3. Gaming Floor & Salon Privé Conditions

Patronage on our physical gaming floor is a revocable privilege extended at the sole discretion of our resort’s Directorate of Gaming:

• Chip Ownership: Gaming chips issued at Pelicania remain the physical property of the resort at all times. Chips are redeemable exclusively on the premises during operating cashier hours and may not be traded, sold, or exchanged outside our cages.
• Discretionary Wagering Limits: Table limits posted at live dealer tables represent maximum house liability per decision. The gaming inspector reserves the authority to adjust table limits or suspend wagering on any table without prior notification.
